Architecture
ARSPROJEKT
The studio behind a decade of the city's most recognisable silhouettes. For MERIDIAN they drew two towers as one gesture — separate on the skyline, inseparable in spirit — and fought for the details that survive value engineering: the curved corners, the deep terraces, the lobby's double height.
Their brief to themselves was simple: serve the horizon first, and the people who live behind it always.
Interior architecture
Studio Meridian
An in-house studio of eight, led by L. Kask, responsible for every surface a hand will touch — the stone, the oak, the brass, and the forty-page finish schedule that makes them feel inevitable. For the sky villas, the studio works one-of-one with each owner.
