Found the one? A reservation agreement takes the residence off the market while your financing settles. The $5,000 reservation fee counts toward the purchase price in full.
We hold your reservation for up to 30 days — enough time for a loan decision from any of our financing partners, without pressure.
Apply through our partner desks for a pre-approval within three working days. The reservation simply waits for the decision — nothing is signed until you are ready.
Bridge financing keeps your purchase moving until your sale completes — ask the sales team for the partner terms.
2. Sale agreement
Signed at the notary with 15% down. Every clause is in plain language, and we walk the contract with you line by line before the appointment.
Depending on the construction stage, the period between the sale agreement and the transfer of ownership can be up to 18 months — progress letters arrive quarterly, and the webcam never sleeps.
At the fit-out stage you choose between the two finish palettes in a session with the interior studio — stone, oak tone and hardware, decided in one sitting.
3. Handover & keys
Two months before completion you receive the first notification; the final one follows a month later with your inspection date.
A private walkthrough with snagging comes first, then the balance at the notary — and the residence transfers with its 5-year structural and 2-year finish warranties.
The balance settles directly at the notarial appointment — one visit, keys the same day.
Before the final contract we arrange one measurement visit so interior planning can start early — coordinated directly with the site manager.
